Rental Returns Information:
WINTER INTERIM RENTALS ARE DUE BACK ON JAN. 13TH, 2025! Returning your rentals will be the easiest process during or after finals! How can I tell which course materials need to be returned as rentals?
HOW TO RETURN YOUR RENTALS: 1.) Visit the bookstore at 20 North Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63103 during our special finals week business hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm , Friday 9am-4pm & CLOSED Saturday & Sunday
2.) Mail Back Your Rentals (We don't provide return labels & below is our returns address) Shipping Address: The Billiken Shop Warehouse ATTN: Rental Returns Dept. 2106 East Johnson Ave Jonesboro, AR 72401 *****You WILL NOT be charged late fees if you email us at BillikenShop@TextbookBrokers.com with the tracking number by 1/13/25.***** |
What if I don’t return my rental? The Billiken Shop will charge the debit/credit card that is on file the difference in how much was paid for the rental minus the purchase price plus a $10/rental late fee. |
How can I confirm if my returned books were received, and can someone else return them for me? When your rentals are returned, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt. If someone else returns your rentals on your behalf, the confirmation email will still be sent to you. |
What if I need to extend my rental? Please contact the Billiken Shop to pay the upcoming semester's rental fee. |
What if I want to keep my book? Please contact the Billiken Shop to let us know that you want to keep the book. The Billiken Shop has a Rental+ Program, meaning the full rental price paid will be applied to the purchase price if you want to keep your book. For example, if the rental price is $25 and the purchase price is $75, you would pay $50 to keep the book. |
What if I lost or damaged my rentals? Students are required to pay the difference in how much was paid for the rental price minus the purchase price. |
