Important Notes: All students participating in a social work practicum, either BSSW or MSW, are required to make a one-time purchase of access to Experiential Learning Cloud (formerly Tevera), our Field Education management platform. This system will be used throughout your practicum experience to complete required documentation and stay connected with your practicum team. MSW Students: You will use Experiential Learning Cloud to request your Faculty Liaison, complete onboarding and practicum planning paperwork, and manage all practicum documentation—including your Learning Agreement, timesheets, and evaluations. BSSW Students: You will use the platform to complete onboarding and practicum planning paperwork, and to manage your Learning Agreement, timesheets, evaluations, and other practicum documentation. This is a one-time purchase that grants you continued access to your documents throughout your practicum experience and after you graduate.
